Coloured Carrot
The coloured carrot is the ancestor of the orange carrot. In Quebec, coloured carrots are produced from mid-July to mid-March. They are available in formats of 1.5 lb, 2 lb, 10 lb, 25 lb and 50 lb, in small, medium and jumbo sizes. The colors of our carrots derive from their natural pigments. They can be bought virtually year-round.
