Celery-Root
Celery-root has a more pronounced flavor than the one of celery. Its tasty flesh is creamy white, the bulb being the edible part. We select only celeriacs that are dense, firm and white; it must also be unblemished. Packaged in a waxed cardboard box in a 20 lb format, the celeriac is sold from September to May.
