Rhubarb
What sets rhubarb apart is that, while it’s a vegetable, it’s consumed as a fruit. A very long-lasting perennial, only its petiole (the part between the leaf and the stem) is edible. To guarantee optimal freshness, rhubarb is harvested several times a week.
