In fact, we exceed the safety standards required by the food industry.\u00a0Each year, our\u00a0<a title=\"Our Growers\" href=\"https:\/\/groupevegco.com\/WP\/en\/company\/our-growers\/\"><b>12 partner\u00a0growers<\/b><\/a>\u00a0and our\u00a0<a title=\"Packaging\" href=\"https:\/\/groupevegco.com\/WP\/en\/expertise\/packaging\/\"><b>2 packaging centers<\/b><\/a>\u00a0successfully pass audits by regulators.\u00a0Groupe Vegco is certified\u00a0<strong>CanadaGAP\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0<strong>PrimusGFSI<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><b>3 actions to eliminate risk:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Implementation and maintaining of multiple food hygiene measures;<\/li>\n<li>Conforming to sound agricultural practice standards;<\/li>\n<li>Complying with good manufacturing practices in our packaging centers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2><b>Traceability<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>All onions, carrots and other vegetables produced and distributed by Groupe Vegco can be tracked in real time, from the field to the consumer.\u00a0This traceability allows us to know precisely what the production conditions of our food are throughout the process.<\/p>\n<p>All of our growers, as well as our packaging, storage and distribution centers are equipped with a\u00a0DataTrace traceability system.\u00a0This ensures that we can guarantee compliance with food hygiene standards at every stage.<\/p>\n<p>We also use the services of GS1 Canada in a complementary fashion.
